Our friend cc works at the Houston Grand Opera and was involved in the premiere of a musical (operatic?) version of the Little Prince. But now we'll be able to see a televised version of the show on PBS, on Great Performances. I'm setting my TiVo now!

I hope you like 'The Little Prince'!! :) I think the music is really beautiful - some of it's very cinematic, as it was written by a film composer. I especially love the scene where they watch the sunsets.
But keep in mind that this is the BBC version where they go into this weird set (not at all like the charming stage version) when they're on the Prince's asteroid... (although I haven't seen the whole video version) :P. Enjoy!
