NBC survey on Studio 60

Oh dear, this can't be a good sign for Studio 60. NBC has an intensive survey about Studio 60 and each of the characters and relationships. Oy. Don't let the audience choose what should happen! I haven't fallen in love with the show, but I always find a few extremely funny moments that make me laugh out loud.

I watched the first few episodes and just couldn't get into it. Talking to other folks about it, it seems like people are watching simply because it's Aaron Sorkin and, ergo, it's supposed to be smart/funny/something hip television viewers should watch. Unfortunately, in reality, it hasn't turned out to be any of those things (at least, not consistently). I canceled the season pass two weeks ago.

Yeah, I have to admit to falling into watching because it's Aaron Sorkin trap. This past week's episode is pretty lame, and there have only been spots of funny in the other episodes, but I can't help myself. But Sports Night is much funnier, and the pompousness fit much better on West Wing. I think the hardest thing is that Sorkin seems to think he has Important Things to say, and sacrifices the show to that, but all I really care about is a good show.
