Oddly enough, the Cathy cartoon is apparently the way that the United States Postal Service wants to talk to you. Who knew that that was going to be the voice the post office would use? If I had my pick, I'd have James Earl Jones, or at least Woodstock from Snoopy be my voice. "'' ''' ''''' ' '''" (translates to "Put your name on your damn mailbox if you want to receive mail in an apartment building"), which is what I think my "friendly" postal delivery person would say.
